The Zoo

Last weekend we took Isla for her first trip to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Springs. We all had a great time. It was crazy as ever with tons of people, but Isla really enjoyed the animals and Joey and I are still big kids to and had fun. The last zoo we went to together was eight years ago the day before he was leaving for basic training. Overall the day was a lot of fun and we are looking forward to spending the summer taking Isla all over the place and spending time as a family.
